Bluehost is one of the internet’s most popular web hosting services. It was founded in 2003 by Matt Heaton and Danny Ashworth. In the year In 2012, it was acquired by conglomerate Endurance International (now called New Fold Digital).
Today, Bluehost hosts more than 2 million websites and employs more than 750 people with offices in Orem, Utah.

If you’re just starting out, their web hosting plans above should be more than enough.
If you have more than 50,000 visitors per month or you need to install a lot of WordPress plugins, I suggest upgrading to Bluehost WordPress plans.
Bluehost managed WordPress hosting gives your website a lot more CPU power. Daily backups of your WordPress blog are also another great reason to upgrade.
Bluehost WordPress hosting
Although WordPress can work on shared hosting, many hosting companies have WordPress hosting plans due to the hardware requirements of WordPress. Although many hosting companies claim to offer “WordPress hosting”, it is exactly the same as their shared hosting plans. Bluehost’s WordPress sites are not designed this way.

Many don’t know that Bluehost offers dedicated website hosting, with no less than three dedicated hosting options. Pricing ranges from $79.99 – $119.99 per month for the first year. All dedicated plans come with WHM, so it’s no different than their shared hosting plans.
Just like their other services, you get a free domain name with every plan.
It is important to note that Bluehost servers are unmanaged. This means that you must maintain and protect the software and security yourself, or hire a company to manage it on your behalf.
The downside of any dedicated hosting service is the lack of redundancy if the hardware fails. Finally, dedicated hosting is not exclusive to Bluehost, so I recommend considering other dedicated providers before making a decision.

They have great value.
As I’ve mentioned in other hosting reviews, pricing is important, but you have to consider the price in context.
BlueHost’s pricing is affordable and reasonable – especially for small to medium-sized websites looking for a good hosting option.
